What we collect

FlexSlice collects only what it needs to operate:

  • Email addresses, when you subscribe to the FlexSlice dispatch. We store these in a database on our server (Obambu/cPanel, EU-hosted).
  • Contact-form messages — your name, email, and whatever you choose to write — submitted via the contact form. This is kept only so we can reply, and for no other purpose.
  • IP addresses, logged automatically with each form submission, for spam and fraud prevention only.

What is not collected

  • Tracking cookies. FlexSlice does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party analytics. FlexSlice has no interest in where you came from or where you go next.
  • Payment data. Payments are not processed on this site; no card numbers, bank details, or billing information are collected or stored here.
  • Device fingerprints, behavioral data, or advertising identifiers of any kind.

How we use your data

  • Newsletter subscribers — We send occasional emails when there is something worth reading. FlexSlice does not share your email with anyone and does not send advertising. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any dispatch.
  • People who write in — We use what you send only to reply to you. We don't add you to any list, and we don't share it with anyone.

Third-party services

FlexSlice uses no third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking scripts. All fonts are self-hosted — no request is made to Google Fonts or any external font CDN. No data is sent to third parties as a result of visiting this site.

Data retention

Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe, at which point it is deleted within 30 days. Messages sent through the contact form are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, then deleted. Server access logs are rotated every 90 days.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. Write to us at [email protected] and we will respond within 14 days.
